Job Description :
- We are seeking an experienced Payroll Processor to provide immediate support to our U.S. payroll operations following disruption to offshore resources.
- This role will focus on accurate, timely payroll processing for a large employee population using ADP EV5.
Responsibilities :
Execute end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. employeesValidate employee data : new hires, terminations, transfers, and compensation updatesReview and reconcile payroll inputs from HR, Timekeeping, and Benefits systemsProcess off-cycle payments, adjustments, and retroactive correctionsAudit pre- and post-payroll reports to ensure compliance and accuracyCoordinate with HR, Finance, and Tax teams to resolve payroll discrepanciesEnsure compliance with multi-state, federal, and local tax regulationsMaintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee dataRequirements :
Payroll processing experience in a high-volume, multi-state environment.Experience supporting payrolls for 5,000+ employeesHands-on experience with ADP Enterprise V5 (EV5), Workday or other Enterprise Payroll systemsStrong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliation formulas).Knowledge of payroll best practices and regulatory requirementsDetail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to work with minimal supervisionExposure to ADP Smart Compliance or tax reconciliation toolsFPC or CPP certification a plus.We offer attractive, competitive compensation and benefits including, medical, dental, 401k, short-term disability, AD&D, tuition reimbursement, and more.
