Maintenance Supervisor (Manager)

Baton Rouge area

A chemical company needs a maintenance manager for a mid-sized operation (plus satellite site). Budgets, personnel, programs, CAPEX, both maintenance and reliability, etc.

KEY :

10+ Years in maint / reliability at plants / active chemical or similar sites
Must have maintenance management experience in plants
Experience with turnarounds

Job :

Manage the maintenance + reliability program including approx 15-20 direct / indirect reports

Management $4M - $5M budget plus TAR work

Hire, fire, promote, provide dynamic system of career development for your group

Work with TPM (and developing more advanced) system

Extensive work with site manager and offsite maintenance director

Extensive work with RCFA, Mechanical Integrity, etc

Required / Preferred :

Four year engineering degree required

10+ years of maintenance experience; significant amount in some form of management.

Must have most work in PSM environment and in chemicals / petrochemicals / refining.

Must be a U.S. citizen / resident

Compensation $140K - $160k, bonus, relocation available
