Lead RN Reviewer

A company is looking for a Lead RN Reviewer.

Key Responsibilities

Provide supervision and mentorship to the nursing staff, including hiring, training, and quality oversight

Coordinate day-to-day operations and address case escalations or provider issues

Utilize operational tools to ensure RN staff meet performance metrics and quality standards

Required Qualifications

5+ years in healthcare, managed care, or insurance-related roles

1-2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity with coaching experience

Current, active RN license (BSN preferred)

Ability to interpret operational data and metrics for process improvements

Flexible leadership style suited for a remote, fast-paced environment
