Job Description :
- Our Sr Manufacturing Tech team members are responsible for ensuring high-quality production in our Filling Department.
- This includes filling, capping, labeling, and assembling both sub-assemblies and finished goods.
- You will be vital in maintaining our world-class standards and helping us compete on a global scale.
- Many tasks will be performed in a clean manufacturing environment, adhering strictly to safety protocols with personal protective equipment (PPE).
A Day in the Life :
Complete manufacturing tasks with precision and consistencyFill, cap, and label vials, bottles, and tubes following established procedures for flawless productsCommunicate and collaborate effectively to ensure daily production goals are metWork in standard and clean room environments, adhering to PPE requirementsSafely operate both manual and automated filling equipmentComplete training requirements on time and align with all ISO and regulatory standardsInteract with internal personnel to ensure smooth operations and customer happinessRecognize and address deviations from accepted practicesAttention to detail and accuracy is essential to prevent non-conforming productsMaintain strong attendance and punctualityParticipate in one-on-one training until proficientPerform preventative maintenance on equipment as neededExperience and Education :
Must have a high school diploma or similar relevant experienceKnowledge, Skills, Abilities :
