Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This per diem position offers the opportunity to serve as a Staff Pharmacist in a retail pharmacy environment using the Pioneer RX computer system. The schedule includes Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday shifts from 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 9 : 00 AM to 1 : 00 PM, for a 12-week duration.

Location : West Bend, WI

Schedule :

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday : 9 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays : 9 : 00 AM 1 : 00 PM
