About the Role
The Company is in search of a Deputy Chief Information Security Officer (DCISO) to take on a pivotal role in leading and evolving one of its critical security verticals, either Security Operations or Security Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and executing the strategic vision and roadmap for the chosen security vertical, in alignment with the company's institutional needs. This senior leadership position requires a professional with a minimum of 8 years' directly related information security experience, including a proven track record of leading technical teams and implementing security strategies in complex, decentralized environments. The DCISO will also be expected to have a deep understanding of information security principles, practices, and technologies, as well as the current cyber threat landscape. Applicants for the DCISO role at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree being preferred, and a strong background in information security. The role demands a leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering cross-functional relationships and collaborating with key IT leaders across the business. A broad technical knowledge across networking, systems, applications, identity, and cloud is essential, as is the ability to influence and lead in a diverse and inclusive work environment.
