A pioneering technology company at the forefront of the Earth observation and space sector is seeking an experienced SAR Technical Program Manager to lead a critical team of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) experts and ML Engineers.

The Role

As the Technical Program / Project Manager , you will be responsible for the smooth execution of complex software development projects.

• Lead and mentor a dynamic team of 5-18 SAR experts and ML engineers (project-dependent).
• Oversee the full lifecycle development of advanced software for automatic object recognition in SAR data.
• Take the lead in writing compelling technical proposals to help drive business development and win new contracts.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines to ensure successful, on-time delivery.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders, effectively communicating technical progress.
