Job descriptionMust have basic accounting knowledge. Proficient in Google Suite and Quickbooks. Must be highly organized and able to function in a fast paced environment. Have courteous and professional attitude. Strong communication skills. $21 per hour (max of 45 hours per week) Weekly Pay Health Insurance - Company Paid Premium Life Insurance - Company Paid Short-term disability - Company Paid 401 K (3% to 5% of your yearly pay) Paid vacation time : 1-week (5 days) After / During 1 year of employment (3 months - 1 day, 6 months - 2 days, 9 months - 3 days, 12 months - 5 days) 2-weeks (10 days) After 2 years of employment 3-weeks (15 days) After 10 years of employment 4-weeks (20 days) After 15 years of employment Company pays 50% of uniforms up to $175 per year
Job Responsibilities
- Process invoices
- Inventory with BIL
- Data Entry
- Preparation of daily bank deposit.
- Receipt and handling of cash, check and EFT payments.
- Applying / posting payments to customer accounts.
- Tracking open A / R for a 2,000 plus customer base.
- Open new accounts
- Supplier bill backs for rebates and sampling
- Assist CFO in special projects
- Assist Route Reconciliation
- Providing accounting support to the sales team.
