- Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
- Outpatient : 16 - 20 patients per day; Inpatient : 5 - 14 patients per shift
- Outpatient hours 8am - 5pm; Inpatient four 10-hour shifts 8am - 7pm
- Rotational call schedule shared among staff physicians
- Inpatient duties include ICU coverage
- Outpatient position required inpatient experience preferred
- Indian Health Service facility
- One hour lunch break provided daily
