Job descriptionAnalyze and reconcile high-volume customer disputes, payments, credits, invoices, and contracts Research deductions and perform root cause analysis using SAP and customer / vendor portals Communicate directly with customers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to resolve payment issues Maintain, evaluate, and adjust A / R balances and support credit and collections decisions Generate credit memos, support audits, and ensure SOX / GAAP compliance documentation Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s in Accounting / Finance required 5+ years A / R dispute resolution and cash application analysis in large organizations Advanced Excel skills required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas) Strong experience with SAP or other enterprise-level accounting systems SAP Microsoft Excel Vendor Portals Order Management Systems Internal Reporting Tools GAAP / SOX Documentation Platforms Experience managing large-dollar portfolios Prior background in handling deductions and short-pays at enterprise scale Strong stakeholder communication across finance, sales, logistics, and operations

ROLE IMPACT
This role supports financial recovery and accuracy across a $200MM+ receivables portfolio.
You will handle complex client accounts, identify root causes of disputes and deductions, and maintain strong internal and external communication to drive resolution and mitigate financial risk.
