Your Role

• Provide outstanding customer service, generate sales and support the management team
• Re-screen windows and doors
• Cut glass, plexiglass and PVC pipe to customers’ expectations
• Key cutting according to customers’ requests
• Respond to customers’ questions by providing knowledgeable information about the store and its services and products requirements

About You

• Possess product knowledge of the hardware industry in general
• Must have past experience in cutting glass and rescreening
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and provide attention to detail
• Able and willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business
• Tasks involve the ability to exert moderate, though not constant physical effort, typically involving some combination of climbing and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling.
• Ability to stand for an extended period of time
• Must be able to frequently lift loads up to 40 lbs. unassisted and over 40 pounds with assistance.
• Handle sharp tools with safety and expertise
• Pick up, move, deliver to customers’ vehicles screens, pipe, glass
