Job description

LocumJobsOnline is working with Austin Major Group to find a qualified Interventional Radiology MD in Michigan!

About The Position

Assignment Details :

We are seeking an Interventional Radiologist to provide holiday coverage this December in Michigan. The provider will support both inpatient and outpatient services, including consults and a variety of general interventional procedures.

Overview :

  • Monday through Friday, 8a-5p
  • Includes trauma and emergency call coverage from 5p-8a (7 days)
  • Daytime duties include inpatient consults, outpatient clinic visits and procedures (biopsies, paras, thoras, kyphoplasty, port placements, etc.)
  • 60% outpatient / 40% inpatient mix
  • EMR : Epic

Requirements :

  • Board Certified in Vascular and Interventional Radiology (ABR or AOBR)
  • ACLS and BLS (AHA only) required
  • Must provide case logs of at least 50 procedures performed within the past 12 months
  • New graduates may submit fellowship training logs to verify recent experience
  • 5 cases must be proctored
  • IMLC accepted
  • Will consider candidates awaiting Michigan license
