Job descriptionExecute optimization strategy, and performance of the 12th Tribes mobile app as a key digital sales and engagement channel Assist driving KPIs around installs, user retention, engagement, and mobile conversion, and own app reporting Manage and optimize app ecosystem including TikTok Shop, Tapcart, Yotpo, Wishlist, Back in Stock, Tolstoy, Klarna, Afterpay, ShopPay, and Search & Discovery. Develop and maintain an implementation / update schedule for apps (reviews, polls, social commerce tools). Lead app feature roadmaps and collaborate with product / UX teams to drive installs, retention, engagement, and mobile conversion. Partner with marketing and CRM to optimize campaigns and retention integrations. Own homepage updates, merchandising adjustments, and overall site presentation. Track, document, and communicate all site changes with screenshots and data. Optimize "Shop the Look" and "Complete the Look" features to enhance cross-sell opportunities and AOV. Review on site performance data using GA4, Looker Studio, and Triple Whale. Assist with monitoring CVR across categories, including accessory and outfit bundling performance. Track navigation performance and customer journey flow Own discount code setup, tracking, and auditing for accuracy. Manage promotional sales and drop preparation from start to finish : tag products, build and merchandise collections, set up navigation, and ensure timely execution. Track new drop performance including imagery, UGC, reviews, and sales outcomes. Monitor collection and product performance, tracking sales in real time to re-merchandise as needed. Coordinate with marketing / creative teams to request and deliver homepage, collection, and promotional banners. Identify and execute actions for slow-moving products (UGC pushes, influencer requests, contests). Test and evaluate product positioning, styling, and merchandising impact on sales. Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Communications, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced e-commerce or DTC fashion brand, with hands-on site management and growth execution. Deep technical expertise in Shopify Plus (required), with proven experience managing third-party app integrations and optimizing mobile-first user experiences. Experience working within a bi-weekly drop cadence, managing collections and timed product launches. Ability to manage and execute a bi-weekly promotional sale schedule. Direct experience managing and growing a brand mobile app (Tapcart or equivalent). Strong analytical skills, with proven experience working with reporting and analyzing data to drive results. Strong knowledge of the fashion industry. Experience leading projects and working collaboratively across departments. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, whilst maintaining close attention to detail. Experience in site merchandising. Comfortable working in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to organize data, build reports, and support day-to-day collaboration. Proven experience driving change, testing new features, and innovating online.
Overview
The E-Commerce Assistant Manager helps bring the online shopping experience to life. This role supports day-to-day site and app updates, ensures products and collections are merchandised correctly, and assists in running campaigns and promotions. The Assistant Manager works closely with the ecommerce manager, marketing, creative, and merchandising teams to make sure the website looks great, functions smoothly, and gives customers an easy, enjoyable shopping experience. They also track performance, report on results, and help find opportunities to improve sales and customer engagement.
