  • Full-time | Monday–Friday | Rotating Shift : 6 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

    • What You'll Be Doing :

  • Provide strong leadership in daily operations and administration of the school
  • Support and mentor a passionate team of early childhood educators
  • Ensure curriculum implementation and compliance with all local / state regulations
  • Foster warm, trusting relationships with families and the wider community
  • Keep detailed records — from staffing and attendance to licensing documents
  • Promote a clean, safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children and staff
  • Be the go-to problem-solver, coach, and culture-builder

    • What You'll Bring :

  • 21 years or older
  • FL Director's Credential with VPK endorsement
  • Active CDA, Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education
  • DCF 45 hours completed and active
  • 2–3 years of leadership / administrative experience in a licensed childcare setting
  • CPR & First Aid certified
  • Clear background check
