Wholesale Manager

ROKA is seeking a Wholesale Manager to lead and expand our wholesale business. You will be responsible for strategically driving growth in our wholesale channel by identifying opportunities to expand business with existing accounts, as well as onboarding and growing new accounts. In this position, you will have the unique opportunity to shape processes and drive initiatives in this growing area of business at ROKA.
Responsibilities :
- Build, lead, execute ROKA's wholesale strategy to drive channel growth and profitability
- Identify and secure new wholesale accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers
- Own revenue targets and forecasting for the wholesale channel
- Work cross functionally with multiple departments ensure product availability and flawless product delivery
- Partner with the Marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve account success
- Oversee existing B2B accounts; refining current processes and strategies
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
Must Haves :
Proven experience in wholesale management (10+ years), with a track record of success in driving sales growth and managing customer relationshipsExperience in, and deep understanding of, the eyewear industryKnowledge of wholesale industry trends, competitors, and best practicesSolid retail math skillsStrong sales and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently Proven track record in building and refining processesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong organizational skills, attention to detail and business acumenStrong analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insightsExcellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teamsExisting buyer relationships are a major plusExperience with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)Work Location : ROKA is located in Austin, TX, USA. The Company is on a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must be prepared to work on-site as often as needed per the Department's business needs. Remote candidates will not be considered for this position. Occasional travel may be required.
