Job descriptionBalanced schedule : 50% hospital / 50% clinic, generally no split days Procedures : Ablation and AFib management required; Watchman and device extraction experience preferred Collaborative team : Work alongside a collegial group of electrophysiologists and general cardiologists Call schedule : General cardiology call only (approximately 1 weekend per month) Practice growth : Opportunities to expand EP services across multiple sites Flexible scheduling options full hospital or clinic days as preferred Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Board Certified / Eligible in Cardiology Minimum 2 years of Electrophysiology experience Strong procedural, communication, and team-based care skills Starting salary : $600,000 $650,000 base + productivity and quality incentives Bonuses : $50,000 sign-on + $25,000 relocation assistance Paid time off : Tiered model starting at 30 days, increasing to 40 with tenure CME : $4,500 annual allowance Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, malpractice with tail, and retirement plan with emp
