Internal Medicine Physician - Permanent Position in Delaware with Established PACE Program

We are looking for a Board Certified Primary Care physician to join our established PACE Program. If you have a CAQ in Geriatric Medicine and at least 1 year of experience caring for the Geriatric population, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

Provide primary medical care to participants

Assess participants and develop a plan of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

Provide direct participant medical care and evaluate the effectiveness of the plan of care

Function in a collegial relationship with other health care professionals

Make independent decisions regarding medical needs and health regimens

Qualifications :

Board Certified in Primary Care

CAQ in Geriatric Medicine

Minimum of 1 year of experience caring for the Geriatric population

Benefits :

Competitive salary of $190,000-230,000

Monday through Friday schedule with shared evening and weekend call

Located in Wilmington, Delaware - a city with a big city feel and small-town charm

Conveniently situated 30 minutes south of Philadelphia and midway between New York and Washington DC
