Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center is seeking a full time Physical Therapist Assistant . The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide therapy services consistent with licensure under the direction and supervision of a licensed therapist and functions as part of an interdisciplinary team.

  • Education :   High School or GED, required. Graduate from an accredited PT assistant program, required.
  • Licensure / Certification / Registration : Appropriate state PT assistant license, required.
