- Helps researchers, life sciences, and AI developers access real-world imaging data without moving or duplicating it.

Position Responsibilities :
Lead and scale the foundational company sales function, setting clear goals and performance standards for the team.Drive new enterprise business and manage existing customer relationships to achieve and exceed revenue targets.Maintain an active personal sales pipeline and help the team close high-value opportunities.Coach, mentor, and develop team members to elevate overall sales effectiveness.Oversee CRM integrity, forecasting accuracy, and reporting cadence.Build repeatable sales processes and playbooks to support predictable growth.Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align GTM strategy and execution.Collaborate internally and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive positioning to inform strategy and product alignment.Experience & Skills :
Required Experience and Qualifications :
8+ years of experience in enterprise healthcare sales, ideally in imaging, equipment, or SaaS.Proven record of meeting or exceeding team quotas of at least $10M.Experience leading and developing sales teams.Strong understanding of health system purchasing and contracting processes.Skilled communicator who is able to engage both clinical and executive audiences.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.Strong preference : Prior experience developing process, systems, metrics, and teams for new enterprise sales motions.Preferred Experience and Qualifications :
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).Compensation $175k-$200k, Health Insurance, 401k, Paid Vacation
