The Role at a Glance

Join Lincoln Financials' dynamic Life Complex Reinsurance team, where your data and actuarial expertise will help shape the future of complex reinsurance reporting. We're seeking a data-driven professional to lead development and enhancement of our reinsurance administration and monitoring infrastructure for complex transactions. This is a high-impact role that offers the chance to collaborate across departments, influence strategic decisions, and drive innovation in how we manage life reinsurance transactions.

What you'll be doing

As a key member of our team, you will :

Design and implement robust administration and monitoring data frameworks for complex reinsurance transactions in our Individual Life business.

Collaborate cross-functionally with data providers, finance, accounting, and deal teams to ensure seamless integration and accurate data flow.

Lead the development of efficient, auditable data processes and reconciliation reports that build trust and transparency across stakeholders.

Analyze historical deal data to understand performance relative to transaction intent and expectations.

Act as a key liaison, providing actionable feedback and resolving discrepancies in reinsurance data versus expectation.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree).

7+ years of experience in actuarial science, financial reporting, life insurance data analysis, accounting systems, or related fields.

Proven ability in data process design or actuarial process development.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and build customer confidence in the data provided.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and applying sound judgment in dynamic environments.

The pay range for this position is $93,300 - $169,700 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln's standard benefits package.
