Certified Nurse’s Aide (CNA) – Sherwood Oaks

Cranberry Township, PA

Full-time, Non-exempt

Current opportunity is for the Evening Shift with hours from 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 30 PM including every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Starting Pay : $17.00 / hour - $24.00 / hour; Depending on experience

  • Eligible for up to a $2,000 Sign on Bonus

The Certified Nurse’s Aide (CNA) provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLS). All resident care is provided in a manner that meets the resident’s physical, mental and psychosocial needs and enables the individual to attain and maintain the highest practical level of functioning.

    • Requirements for the Certified Nurse’s Aide (CNA) :

  • Hold a valid, current certificate with Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry in good standing.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
  • Experience in Senior Living preferred.
  • Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer’s) preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience preferred.
