Flagger

A traffic control flagger guides traffic in a road construction zone. In this job, you are trained to implement traffic control, which includes fostering safety and managing the flow of cars coming into the work zone. As a traffic control flagger, your duties are to secure the work area and signal cars to either stop, go, or proceed slowly.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, and work outside in extreme temperatures.
