Accountabilities :

• Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of AI solutions for document understanding, semantic chunking, and knowledge graph construction.
• Serve as the technical lead, accountable for all research deliverables and scalable production systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure robust, reliable, and high-performance AI solutions.
• Evaluate and optimize models for efficiency, accuracy, and latency, including knowledge distillation and model compression.
• Define comprehensive evaluation strategies and lead the creation of high-quality datasets and annotation workflows.
• Translate complex NLP challenges into innovative solutions aligned with business goals.
• Mentor and coach team members, building technical capability across NLP, GenAI, and AI research.
• Provide technical guidance to stakeholders and leadership on long-term AI strategy.
