RadX Inc. is seeking a relationship-driven Marketing Representative with strong communication skills and a proven ability to build referral networks and develop provider relationships across an assigned territory.
This role is ideal for a professional who is comfortable representing the organization in the field, strengthening referral partnerships, and identifying opportunities to expand market presence. The Marketing Representative will serve as a key ambassador for RadX Inc. by building connections with physician offices, clinics, healthcare partners, and community stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has of history if sales in the healthcare industry, is proactive, credible, organized, and effective in external-facing environments, with the ability to cultivate long-term business relationships and support territory growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, medical practices, referral sources, and community partners.
Develop and grow a referral network that increases awareness and utilization of imaging services.
Represent RadX Inc. professionally at provider offices, events, networking opportunities, and community functions.
Execute territory-based marketing strategies designed to support business growth and service line visibility.
Identify market trends, referral opportunities, and competitive insights to support strategic decision-making.
Maintain regular in-person contact within the assigned territory to strengthen provider relationships and promote
services.
Partner closely with internal marketing and operations leaders to align outreach efforts with organizational goals.
Track outreach activity, referral patterns, and territory performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and refine
strategy.
Respond to market feedback with professionalism and identify practical solutions and opportunities for improvement.

Demonstrated ability to build trust, credibility, and business relationships with external partners.
Experience in healthcare marketing, physician outreach, territory management, business development, or a related field preferred.
Strong networking skills with the ability to expand and maintain a high-value referral base.
Ability to analyze market information, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
Self-directed, organized, and motivated to work effectively in a field-based environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory required.
