The Assistant Service Manager assists the Service Manager in overseeing the service department ensuring customer satisfaction and optimizing operations including scheduling parts management and technician performance.

PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND BEGINS AT $800 PER WEEK WITH MONTHLY BONUSES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Forecast goals and objectives for the department.
• Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the department.
• Assist in hiring training motivating counseling and monitoring the performance of all service staff.
• Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers.
• Understand and comply with federal state and local regulations that affect the service operations.
