Manager, Strategic Enablement

The Manager Strategic Enablement – Sourcing and Supplier Excellence will support the development and execution of strategic programs that drive efficiency, risk management, and supplier excellence across Aristocrat Gaming’s global Sourcing & Supplier Excellence (S&SE) chain.

This role will partner closely with Sourcing & Supplier Excellence (S&SE) leadership to deliver critical projects, analyze large data sets into actionable insights, and implement process improvements that align with corporate priorities.

What You'll Do

Strategic Support

Perform market research and benchmarking to guide procurement and vendor efforts.

Assist in developing and rolling out new processes, methodologies, and tools for the S&SE organization.

Support executive workshops and program deliverables through high-quality materials and effective follow-through.

Coordinate communication and alignment across the S&SE team and cross-functional partners.

Data & Analytics Development

Build and maintain data sets to strengthen reporting integrity for sourcing analytics.

Support the development of dashboards and reporting tools to supervise costs, savings, budgeting, supplier performance, and training initiatives.

Identify trends and provide insights that enable data-driven decision-making.

Operational & Program Management

Support the execution of major S&SE deliverables, ensuring project achievements.

Optimize processes for efficiency, scalability, and compliance readiness.

Supervise benchmarks and prepare progress reports for senior leadership.

Project Leadership

Lead cross-functional projects, including planning, timelines, deliverables, and status reporting.

Identify risks and escalate mitigation strategies in partnership with leadership.

Provide clear and concise updates to executive team members.

Financial & Risk Oversight

Support development and monitoring of sourcing-related budgets.

Find opportunities for cost savings, efficiency, and value creation.

Track risks within global supply chain initiatives and contribute to resiliency strategies.

Stay informed of geopolitical and regulatory developments affecting sourcing.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

8+ years of multifaceted experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain management, or operations, with validated project / program management experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.

Proven success in managing cross-functional projects with tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across organizational levels.

Experience in budgeting, cost analysis, and supplier performance management.

Knowledge of global sourcing procedures, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.

Certifications such as CSCP (APICS / ASCM), CPSM (ISM), or PMP strongly preferred.

Pay Range

$110,324 - $204,887 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
