Field Reimbursement Manager

A company is looking for a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) for the Great Lakes region.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert in reimbursement, access, and specialty distribution

Educate healthcare provider offices on coverage, prior authorization processes, and funding options

Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an allied health field or equivalent work experience

8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry

Previous reimbursement experience with prior authorizations and US payer landscape

3-6 years of experience supporting specialty pharmaceuticals or biologics

Deep understanding of reimbursement, access, and specialty pharmacy operations
