Salary range : $100,000

Experience & Qualifications

4 6 years of experience in commercial business litigation .

Experience handling all phases of litigation, including :

Pre-litigation counseling

Discovery

Motion practice

Trial and appeals

Admission to at least one federal court .

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Strong academic credentials.

Excellent written, verbal, and technical communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across practice areas.

Key Responsibilities

Develop case strategies and conduct legal research.

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.

Manage and oversee all aspects of electronic discovery .

Handle depositions and prepare expert witnesses.

Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range : $135,000 $155,000
