DESIGNER, PLAYFLY CREATES Los Angeles, CA Hybrid

THE RUNDOWN The Designer, Playfly Creates will execute the creative direction and implementation of creative projects, as set by the Head of Design. This position will create thoughtful and effective creative solutions that help drive revenue for Playfly through visual design of conceptual needs specific to each project. This role is a key member of the Playfly Design team that produce tangible solutions that connect business strategy, design, creative activation, and data relevant to each unique client on a project-by-project basis.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

• Execute design of Playfly brand materials across sales and marketing as communicated and assigned by Head of Design.
• Leverage understanding of the marketplace, client objectives, advertiser / category nuances and Playfly capabilities to produce visual RFP responses and presentations.
• Collaborate with sales, research and overall Playfly teams to translate business goals into tangible, creative solutions and ensure successful end-to-end execution of assigned projects.
• Ensure day to day projects as assigned by the Head of Design and / or , including distributing day-to-day projects to designers and providing feedback as needed.
• Help build and uphold creative excellence on assigned projects to uphold the highest standards and best practices.
• Promote Playfly brand consistency across visual design assets.
• Continually push creative boundaries with conceptual designs and layouts.
• Contribute to refinement of workflow to maintain a smooth creative process.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

The base pay range for this role is :

$55,000-$60,000 USD
