Utilizes a holistic approach to determine teaching methods appropriate to the individual client . Provides psycho-education to clients and families regarding their illness, medication s, and / or treatment plan to supplement information provided by health care professionals. Diploma from an RN program. Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state. Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state. Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Must possess and maintain ACLS Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs. The salary range listed does not include other forms of compensation which may include bonuses / incentive, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits that may be applicable to this role.
Overview
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Shift : Full Time / Monday-Friday
Provide s mental health assessment, intervention, and consultation to individuals identified as having psychiatric disorders; plan s treatment modalities, coordinate s tre atment plans and follow clients through the treatment pr ocess . The RN functions as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) according to the Illinois Register Department of Healthcare and Family Services 89 Ill. Adm. Code 140 , may provide supervision to Mental Health Professionals (MHP) , and may train students assig ned in the department . The RN deliver s customer service and work s cooperatively with other departments . The RN provide s crisis intervention, maintain s accurate clinical documentation, and demonstrate s Trinity's principles and values when interacting with clients, families, visitors, physicians and coworkers.
