Job Description :

Sabio is looking for a Sales Strategy Planner to join our Sales team and report directly to the Director of Sales Strategy. At Sabio, we develop strong client relationships and forge strong partnerships with our clients in-order to generate sales. As a Sales Strategy Planner, you will provide day-to-day support to the SVP of Sales to help drive our business forward.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Own the end-to-end development for the deck response of incoming RFPs for your dedicated region by working cross-functionally to create a strategic response powered by thoughtful storytelling.
  • Lead brainstorms with relevant stakeholders, including Sales, Design, Creative, Account Management, and Analytics teams, by coming prepared by reviewing the RFP materials and investigating industry insights / past performance of campaigns run with Sabio.
  • Conduct sophisticated research and analysis (e.g. revenue, customer, market and competitive trends and insights) to create powerful stories within RFP responses that help secure and win the business.
  • Complete analysis and assessment of growth opportunities within your dedicated region by keeping close contact with your assigned sellers; review closed campaign performance with dedicated Account Managers.
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to get work done, driving RFP and Proactive partnership initiative recommendations through to implementation.
  • Drive the creation of relevant mocks by working closely with Creative Teams.
  • Creative idea development and packaging advertising solutions for key strategic clients based on an in-depth knowledge of their marketing objectives and historical performance
  • Ideate, and lead the development of strategic plans for top Advertiser / Agency accounts by vertical / region.
  • Assist with in-house, proprietary research that positions and supports Sabio as a thought leader in the advertising industry at large.
  • Working closely with the Sales Team on opportunities within our existing client base, and hunting for new business within the region.
  • Sharing field intelligence and previous experience to the sales team to improve and grow the performance offering.
  • Assist in the development of case studies and partnership analysis reports by analyzing wrap reports.
  • Support sales staff in Pre-Sales activities as needed – i.e. attending client meetings / outings as needed.
  • Identifies client / agency needs and helps develop persuasive strategic proposals to meet needs and opportunities in partnership with the Sales and Account Management team.
  • Conduct ad hoc competitive analysis to keep Sabio in a competitive space.
  • Provide feedback to the SVP of Sales and VP of Sales Leadership on issues and areas of opportunity.
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Data Science teams to build successful campaigns and solutions to stimulate client adoption and establish a solid foundation for business development.
  • Engage with the front-line sales team to develop and execute a strategy across the client agency, and relevant partners that achieves adoption of the platform that maximizes client value and volume of spend.

Requirements :

  • 2-3 years of experience in media sales and / or advertising media agency experience.
  • Digital Media, Connected TV, Mobile, and Programmatic experience preferred, but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing or other related Business field preferred.
  • A creative and self-sufficient problem solver that can find solutions with a “get it done, no matter what” mentality.
  • Able to multitask and handle multiple projects at the same time.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, attention to detail, and an appreciation of deadlines and goals.
