Project Engineer

COMPANY OVERVIEW: A leading provider of environmental construction, demolition and abatement, asset recovery, specialty transportation, industrial services and waste management services.

POSITION: Project Engineer

LOCATION: Pasadena, Texas

SUMMARY: The Project Engineer role is responsible for supporting Project Managers with deliverables, daily cost tracking, scheduling, waste tracking and subcontractor coordination.

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains accountability for assigned projects including safety program implementation, P&L, project execution and success
• Supports project from inception through completion including estimating, execution of work, tracking costs, managing budgets, working with client reps for contract compliance including change orders, addendums and retention releases
• Produces submittal-ready client correspondence and materials
• Performs other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2 years or more of field experience in various service lines in the environmental construction industry
• HAZWOPER certification required as well as basic construction safety courses outlined
