Overview

Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading our commercial marketing digital content initiatives. The role requires a unique blend of strong writing skills, email marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of social media trends. This candidate will be responsible for creating compelling written content, managing our social media presence, and planning and executing high-performing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and revenue.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, engaging, and SEO / GEO-optimized content (blogs, white papers, case studies, newsletters, website copy, etc.)
• Craft messaging that aligns with the brands tone, positioning, and business goals
• Plan, write, and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, lifecycle emails, promotional campaigns)
• Use A / B testing and segmentation to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversions
• Work with design and development teams to build and optimize responsive email templates
• Create and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
• Monitor audience engagement and community management
• Track and analyze performance, report on key metrics, and make data-driven improvements

Working Conditions

Salary range : $68,640-$80,000 annually for this role in Fremont or City of Industry, California. The final amount will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
