Patient Transportation Aide

Position Overview

Perform established procedures and functions related to handling and escorting of patients in accordance with established service delivery standards. Delivery of equipment and supplies.

Work Locations : UHS Wilson Medical Center, Johnson City, NY UHS Binghamton General Hospital, Binghamton, NY

There is more than one location associated with this position. This is either because there are multiple openings at different sites, or the successful candidate will be required to float across multiple UHS facilities. Primary Work Shift : Evening Rotational

Scheduled Weekly Hours : 20

Compensation Range : $17.05 - $22.17 per hour, depending on experience

This position is not eligible for benefits.

Education / Experience

Minimum Required : NA

Preferred : High School Diploma or equivalent or IEP diploma Previous hospital experience as aide / orderly, transportation aide or related position.

License / Certification

Minimum Required : CPR certification within three months of hire

Preferred : Current, un-restricted Driver's License
