Job description2 years’ prior work experience in financial services industry is preferred Familiarity with concepts, procedures and processes typically used in inventory finance (floorplanning). Quick learn of the proprietary computer system used to manage the accounts. Preparation or review ability of documents and reports using Microsoft Office based products. Good organizational, clerical, numeric, oral and written language skills. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and / or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone Able to sit at a work station for prolonged periods of time Must be able to physically type

Position Overview
Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Accounting Manager to join our growing team.
Essential Functions :
- Oversees & provide support for Accounting team members
- Manages accounting records- Bank Reconciliation
- Responsible for the production of Accounting reports- weekly / monthly
- Enter and Purchase invoices including Electronic Invoices
- Process payoffs and payments
- Prepare system generated reports weekly / monthly
- Payment & Invoice support with the Floorplan Operations team
