Manager, Retail Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI)

Responsibilities
- Set Retail GenAI strategy & vision :
Conduct market & strategic analyses to identify opportunities for GenAI product development
Define business goals and partner with product owners to translate into a clear vision for product developmentSet the strategic priorities and roadmap for product development and ensure cross-firm alignmentObtain funding and resources needed to execute on strategic prioritiesSupport Retail GenAI initiative execution :Define the project structure and stand-up the implementation program
Lead execution on non-technical workstreams (e.g., marketing & education, legal & compliance, field enablement)Support product and technical execution partners in strategic decision making (e.g., cross-project trade-offs, Retail-wide prioritization)Partner on change management efforts :Support rollout of GenAI applications across the Retail business

Required Qualifications :2+ years of work experience in Strategy and / or Client ExperienceBachelor's degreeSuperior communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability developing materials and effectively presenting informationStrong sense of urgency and a proactive approachSuperior analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and attention to detailStrong proficiency in PowerPoint and ExcelPersonal and professional alignment with Schwab's vision and values, with a strong interest in our businessPreferred Qualifications (but not required)Prior experience in financial services, including experience with financial markets, products, and technologyWhat's in it for you
