This role is ideal for a seasoned security professional who thrives in solving complex challenges, implementing advanced security solutions, and mentoring others in a collaborative, forward-looking environment.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of security tools and processes (SIEM, IDS / IPS, endpoint protection, vulnerability management).
• Partner with IT, compliance, and business units to ensure secure design and implementation of systems.
• Conduct threat modeling, security assessments, and architecture reviews to identify and mitigate risks.
• Oversee security incident response, including root cause analysis, remediation, and lessons learned.
• Drive improvements in identity and access management, privileged access controls, and secure authentication.
• Research emerging security trends, threat intelligence, and technologies to strengthen defenses.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
