What You'll Do :

Provide specialized wound care assessment, treatment, and management for residents with chronic and acute wounds.
Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized wound care plans.
Monitor and document wound progress and response to treatments with precision and accuracy.
Educate residents, families, and staff on wound prevention and best care practices.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards, ensuring the highest quality of care.

What We’re Looking For :

Current Minnesota RN license in good standing.

Proven experience and clinical expertise in wound care nursing.

Certification in wound care (such as WOCN or similar) highly preferred.

Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Compassionate, patient-centered approach with excellent communication abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
