Your responsibilities will include monitoring and controlling access points, conducting regular patrols, and remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do : Assist with access control procedures by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points at the location. Help to deter unauthorized access and / or activities through regular observation and reporting. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by answering questions and assisting with directions as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner in accordance with site-specific protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the perimeter and key operational areas. Maintain detailed and accurate records of security-related activities, observations, and incidents as required by Allied Universal and site policy. Follow all site-specific policies and procedures, including emergency response actions when appropriate. Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and site contacts regarding security-related issues or concerns. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
