OTR Driver

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OTR Driver to join our growing team. You will be responsible for transporting goods across the country in a safe and timely manner on a dedicated route and will be required to adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, maintain accurate records of deliveries, and ensure that all cargo is secured properly.

Responsibilities :

• Transport goods across the country in a safe and timely manner

Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

Maintain accurate records of deliveries

Ensure that all cargo is secured properly

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle

Communicate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate deliveries

Report any accidents or incidents to the appropriate authorities

Maintain a clean and organized vehicle

Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements :

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an OTR Driver

Clean driving record

Ability to pass a drug test and background check

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Working Conditions :

Long hours of driving

Frequent overnight stays away from home

Exposure to various weather conditions

Physical demands of loading and unloading cargo

Salary : $70- $80,000 a year
