As a Technician II reporting to the Service Manager, deliver elite refrigeration service with a can-do attitude, mentoring juniors and prioritizing safety / customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose / repair failures in refrigeration systems (compressors, evaporators, condensers, controls); perform maintenance on ice machines, coolers, freezers (Superheat / Subcooling / Delta T)
• Repair / replace parts; maintain PM schedules and communicate with dispatch / clients on issues, repairs, and procedures
• Supervise / mentor apprentices; ensure quality, timelines, and safety compliance

Requirements

Compensation & Benefits Competitive weekly pay ($28–$35 / hour based on experience).
