Wage: $16.83-$18.62/HR

Available Schedules:

• Tues - Sat: 12AM - 8AM ($17.50/HR - close to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo).
• Sat & Sun: 7AM - 3PM ($18.62/HR - Falcon - site requires long periods of standing).
• Fri & Sat: 3PM - 11PM & Wed - Thurs: 7AM - 3PM ($18.62/HR - Falcon - site requires long periods of standing).
• Sun - Sat: Flexible schedule ($19.50/HR - Falcon, Fountain, & COS).

Multi Site Officer Part Time: $16.83 - $19.00/HR

• Sat - Sun: 2:30PM - 11:30PM & Mon: 6:30PM - 11:30PM ($18.62/HR - Fountain).

What You Can Expect:

• Greet vendors, customers, residents, client employee's, client, and aid as needed.
• Conduct internal patrol and/or external mobile patrol when needed to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violations, blocked ingress and egress, mechanical problems, unauthorized persons, inspects grounds using appropriate equipment and protective gear.
• Monitor entrance/exits and provide guidance to site visitors, and/or vendors.
• Complete daily activity (DAR), incident reports and logs via Securitas and client systems.
• Provide an atmosphere in which all customers, client employees, site visitors, client, and Management know their needs are being met.
• Present a good image to client, public, and Management.
• Operates in a calm manner and directs persons who cause disruption to leave property.
• Protects evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations; sets up barriers and signage, and provides direction or information to others.
• Observes and reports incidents or suspicious activity to client, Company Management, or public safety authorities as appropriate for the circumstances and/or as required by the site.
• Acts to ensure that all property removal is conducted within appropriate policy requirements and in accord with client standards.
• Carries out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
• Report alarms in accordance with client requirements, and monitor cameras.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus!!
• Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Understands the nature of customer service and interactions with the public.
• Must have Swing or Grave shift availability.
• Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus.
• Must be able to interact with and greet site visitors, residents customers, client employees, or client in a positive manner, while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Intermediate computer/technology skills needed to ensure completion of daily activity reports, and logs via handheld devices,, and ability to report alarms via telephone.
• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills to assist vendors, public, client, Site Supervisors, and Office Management.
• Must be open to communication and feedback from client, Site Supervisor and Office Management.
• Must be able to adhere to 15 minute, and lunch breaks.
• Must be able to remain organized and professional.
• Must be able to learn and adhere to security operations.
• Must provide high quality customer service in-person, via radio, and over the telephone.
• Must have a personal vehicle, Colorado Driver's License, and a clean driving record due to required mobile patrol - some sites not accessible by public transportation due to location and/or shift.
• Must be able to obtain Colorado Springs Guard Card license and maintain it every year.
• Must be able to attend in-person interview, and in-person NHO in COS.
