Corporate Travel Consultant

A company is looking for a Corporate Travel Consultant to provide travel consultation services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Service inbound corporate travel requests in a virtual call center environment

Provide consultative service and complete reservations accurately and timely

Maintain productivity and quality expectations while securing the best travel rates

Required Qualifications

Must pass GDS assessment and have a typing speed of at least 45 WPM

5 years' travel selling experience and 5+ years' customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry

Excellent travel industry knowledge and mastery in Sabre GDS

Experience in international travel bookings and handling multiple accounts

Corporate travel experience is required
