The Maternity Telephonic Case Manager RN plays a vital role in delivering telephonic care management services to members enrolled in the UMR Maternity CARE Program. This role supports pregnant individuals, those considering pregnancy, and postpartum members through education, coaching, and care coordination. The Nurse Case Manager uses clinical expertise and evidence-based guidelines to assess member needs, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal maternal and infant outcomes.

This is high volume, customer service environment. You'll need to be efficient, productive and thorough in dealing with our members over the phone. Solid computer and software navigation skills are critical. You should also be solidly patient-focused and adaptable to changes.

This position is full-time (40 hours / week). You will be required to work 20 hours after 4 : 00 PM in your own time zone. You may work 4 days per week with Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday off.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
