Summary :
This person will provide engineering technical development, oversight, project execution, and project management responsibilities in support of new, commercially driven projects as well as operational capital and maintenance projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with the various Energy Transfer commercial and operational groups to support business development and be expected to take a defined business commitment, apply basic engineering analytical concepts, and develop a project and engineering / execution plan for the successful completion of a project to meet the business objectives. This person will be expected to work with Energy Transfers various customers, the general public, government agencies, and other stakeholders to communicate the project goals and objectives to advance the project from concept to design / engineering to construction. This person may be assigned to a major capital project as part of a project management team or to lead one or more projects.

Education and / or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below :
Bachelors in Engineering Discipline (ChemE or ME preferred)
Previous experience in Natural Gas treating, fractionation, or processing industry
10+ years ofcombined engineering, operations, and / or project experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Products and Engineering Programs

Working Conditions :
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those encountered by an employee while performing the essential functions of this job.
Normal office working conditions or at theproject site.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
Overnight travel is required when necessary to manage projects.
Occasional visits to industrial / manufacturing settingsmay include exposure to various materials and chemicals,extreme temperature conditions, and loud machinery and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
