Job Description

A top firm in thearea is looking to add a Tax Manager to their team. This stable and growing firm offers clients valuable knowledge and expertise in tax. Due to the recent growth of the firm, there is an opportunity for a Tax Manager to join a team of highly motivated staff.

Tax Manager Responsibilites :

• Perform technical tax review of tax returns of staff accountants
• Independently research tax issues
• Follow tax compliance laws and discuss with clients as needed
• Oversee a team of highly motivated staff / train staff
• Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of clients
• Be creative with staff development, mentoring, and overseeing client engagement teams.

Qualifications Include :

The position requires related experience working in external relationship management

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Self-driven individual, ability to work with minimal direction
