Project Manager - Technology Development & AI Initiatives Vice President (Hybrid)
The Regulatory Strategy and Development team is responsible for aligning the Regulatory Event Tracking (RET) system with the Regulatory Engagement Strategy and ensure all required regulatory information is accurately tracked, managed and reported.
This role is for a strategic project management professional responsible for liaising and oversight of RET projects and driving Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing various technology projects from planning and budgeting to tracking releases and reporting progress to senior management. This role will also encompass responsibilities related to AI initiatives, focusing on their progress, use cases, and the effective application of AI models. This position requires strong project management skills and a clear understanding of AI concepts to ensure both streams of work are executed effectively and align with strategic business objectives.

Qualifications
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a technology or financial services environment.
Demonstrated experience in managing complex technology projects, including budgeting, planning, and release tracking.
Proven understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, including experience with or knowledge of AI / ML model development, implementation, or validation, with a focus on Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and related techniques like RAG and prompt engineering.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical findings to diverse audiences, including senior management.
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies quickly, particularly in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related quantitative field. Master's degree or relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
