Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a versatile and experienced RN for a 13-week travel contract in Hinesville, GA. This role is ideal for nurses who can adapt across multiple units, bridging ICU, PCU / Stepdown, Telemetry, and MedSurg.

Assignment Details :

Location : Hinesville, GA

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Shift : 3x12s, Nights

Start Date : ASAP

Scrubs : Caribbean Blue

Key Responsibilities & Skills :

Float between PCU / Stepdown, Telemetry, and MedSurg

Care for patients transferred from ICU (experience with smaller, rural hospitals a plus)

Manage titratable drips : dopamine, dobutrex, lidocaine, nipride, nitro

Perform defibrillation, ambu support, and cardioversion

Interpret ABGs and telemetry

Provide conscious sedation and maintain sedation medications as needed

Care for intubated patients using RSI kit / medications until transfer to higher-level facilities

Charge nurse experience required

Comfortable with all age groups : pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics

Ratios : MedSurg up to 1 : 6 (lower acuity), higher acuity 1 : 3

Certifications Required :

ACLS (AHA or ARC)

BLS (AHA or ARC)

PALS
