Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or in progress.
• Administrative and customer service experience required.
• Superior oral, written, telephone, and email communication skills.
• Strong time management and ability to engage with a wide variety of constituencies.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn basic graphic design tools (Photoshop and InDesign).
• Knowledge of the Santa Barbara philanthropic community and nonprofit funding sources is a plus.

Responsibilities

Schedule

Part-Time, 9 : 00 am–2 : 00 pm, 4 days / week (20 hours / week).

Compensation

$25–$28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location

Downtown Santa Barbara.

Additional Requirements

In compliance with the California Department of Health Care Services, staff must maintain an up-to-date Tuberculosis test during employment.
