As the Nurse Supervisor , you will work closely with our management team to help oversee our 24-hour sites in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. You will work cooperatively with our Owner and Executive Director, overseeing the proper delivery of all services and medications, and ensuring compliance within all Minnesota and Wisconsin state regulations. This role is ideal for a registered nurse who wants a meaningful career — combining hands-on care with team leadership and resident advocacy.
Hours :
- Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm; flexibility required, hours may need to be adjusted accordingly based on staffing needs / availability
Location :
This position will work primarily out of our business office in Hudson, WI, however weekly site visits are required at our Stillwater and Hastings locations.Job Description :

Must be registered and licensed with the State of Minnesota and State of Wisconsin as a RN, and must maintain a current and unrestricted licensure.Must have a valid driver license, if needed to drive.At least 3 years experience is preferred in related fieldEssential Duties and Responsibilities :
Works to assure facility is in compliance with federal, state, and local standards / regulations. Availability will be required during all state surveys.Works with keeping forms updated including policies, procedures, Bill of Rights, and related assisted living forms and manuals.Communicates with clients' care team as needed; case workers, therapists, support professionals, physicians, etc.Is responsible for investigating and reporting incidents of suspected resident neglect and / or abuse and reporting these findings to Owner and Executive Director, and / or appropriate county officials.Works to maintain privacy and confidentiality of client, clients' records and clients’ living environment.Is willing to carry a cell phone and be ‘on call’ for emergencies, resident change of condition, and when ULP / PCW perform delegated nursing tasks.Completes initial assessment of potential clients to assure that their needs will be met.Provides timely and thorough nursing assessments for all clients.Assures clients maintain residency requirements, reassess and recommend alternative placement if necessary.Assures clients have up to date care plans and implemented service agreements. Reviews and revises as needed.Monitors and maintains resident records and nursing notes.Monitors and follows through with ordering medications and all medication renewals as well as any necessary follow-up with physicians regarding medications and / or medical conditions.Assures all physicians orders are signed and implemented with-in 24 hours.Supervision of all clinical staff :
Supervises, orients and competency tests clinical staff.Supervises medication practices and medical equipment being used at all facilities.Monitors staff for compliance with service agreements and plan of cares.About Peaceful Living :
